Light Mode Update

So this is just a quick update. Long story short, we've been testing the GoSuraj website (v3) with light mode for any users that prefer it.
For more detail, I'll let Ray explain:
Light mode was originally introduced as part of the GoSuraj website's v3 update (also known as site Elf). However, as the website has continued to evolve (e.g., GoTools apps), it was necessary to test the website to ensure the new features (introduced from [Fairy] to Icarus) are compatible with the original light mode.
Try it out in the top right of the navigation bar (it's the sun/moon icon).
